2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni noodles
1 lb bulk sausage (I used turkey sausage)
1 large onion, chopped
1 14 to 15 oz can/jar pizza sauce
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/3 cup milk
1 3-4 oz package sliced pepperoni, quartered
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
Olives, optional.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook sausage and onion until meat is no longer pink, drain. Drain pasta.
In a large bowl, mix pizza sauce, tomato sauce & milk. Add sausage mixture, pasta, pepperoni & mushrooms.
Transfer to a 9x13 pan and top with olives if desired. Bake covered @350° for 30 minutes. Uncover, top with mozzarella cheese and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
